Professional Experience
Before beginning my own private practice I worked within the NHS for almost a decade. This work has given me wide-ranging experience supporting adults, young people, and families across different settings, including secondary care and outpatient services. I’ve provided both long- and short-term therapy for concerns such as relationship difficulties, historic trauma, low mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and identity-related struggles.
These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways emotional pain and early experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In my current practice, I draw on this background while offering relational psychodynamic online therapy for adults across the UK.
