Online Psychotherapy

Remote Sessions & Current availability
I provide online therapy sessions via Zoom or Skype, offering professional support across the UK. Whether you are near or far, you can engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

I currently have space for new clients on Tuesday & Friday daytimes.

Initial Consultation
Our first meeting, the initial consultation, sets the stage for our work together. During this session, we’ll explore what has led you to seek therapy and gain a broader understanding of your life experiences and relationships. By the end of the session, we’ll clarify your therapy goals and discuss how we’ll proceed together.

Ongoing Sessions
Therapy sessions are typically held weekly, at the same day and time, to provide consistency and support throughout your journey.

Treatment Specialities

Relationship Difficulties

Relationship difficulties can be hard to navigate, and can leave us feeling hurt, confused, and alone. Whether you’re dealing with communication problems, trust issues or conflicts over major life decisions, I am here to help you find a way forward.

Transitional Life Stages

Navigating transitional life stages, such a moving, starting a new job, or becoming a parent, can be both exciting and overwhelming. These changes can bring up buried emotions and leave us feeling unsure of how to proceed. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore these challenges safely.

Crises of Meaning

Crises of meaningcan strike at any time, leaving us feeling lost, without direction, and unsure of our place in the world. If you’re experiencing a crisis of meaning and feeling lost or uncertain about your direction in life, I can help you identify your core values and beliefs, and work to align your life with what matters most to you.

Therapeutic Approaches

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapies focus on exploring the unconscious mind, early childhood experiences, and the influence of unconscious processes on current thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Relational Therapy

A relational approach to therapy recognises that human beings are inherently relational and that our well-being is deeply influenced by the quality of our connections with others.
