Online Psychotherapy

Remote Sessions & Current Availability

I provide online psychotherapy sessions via Zoom or Skype, offering professional support to adults across the UK. Whether you are based locally or elsewhere, online therapy allows you to engage in regular sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

I currently have availability for new clients on Tuesdays and Fridays during the daytime.

Who Online Psychotherapy May be Helpful For

Online psychotherapy can be helpful if you are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties and would like a confidential space to explore them. People often seek online therapy for concerns such as anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, or challenges related to life transitions.

You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come to psychotherapy wanting greater self-understanding, support during a difficult period, or space to reflect on patterns in their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

What to Expect from Online Therapy

Working online offers the same depth and confidentiality as in-person psychotherapy. Sessions take place at a regular weekly time and provide a consistent, supportive space to talk openly and reflect at your own pace.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we will explore what feels most important, working towards greater understanding, emotional resilience, and change where needed.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Online sessions are conducted using secure video platforms, and I work in accordance with professional and ethical guidelines to ensure confidentiality and privacy. I also encourage clients to choose a quiet, private space for sessions wherever possible, to help create a safe and uninterrupted therapeutic environment.

Next Steps

If you are considering online psychotherapy and would like to find out more, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial consultation. This offers an opportunity to discuss what you are looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Treatment Specialities

Relationship Difficulties

Relationship difficulties can be hard to navigate, and can leave us feeling hurt, confused, and alone. Whether you’re dealing with communication problems, trust issues or conflicts over major life decisions, I am here to help you find a way forward.

Transitional Life Stages

Navigating transitional life stages, such a moving, starting a new job, or becoming a parent, can be both exciting and overwhelming. These changes can bring up buried emotions and leave us feeling unsure of how to proceed. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore these challenges safely.

Crises of Meaning

Crises of meaningcan strike at any time, leaving us feeling lost, without direction, and unsure of our place in the world. If you’re experiencing a crisis of meaning and feeling lost or uncertain about your direction in life, I can help you identify your core values and beliefs, and work to align your life with what matters most to you.

Therapeutic Approaches

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapies focus on exploring the unconscious mind, early childhood experiences, and the influence of unconscious processes on current thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Relational Therapy

A relational approach to therapy recognises that human beings are inherently relational and that our well-being is deeply influenced by the quality of our connections with others.
